Return Policy and Process
All full-priced items (including packs) are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Cotton packs must be returned in full. Given the delicate nature of what we sell, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
Exchanges & Refunds
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping.
- If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, a 10% fee will be deducted to cover shipping and restocking costs.
Important Notes
- SALE Items: Price-reduced SALE items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Inspection Required: Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be processed once the returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse.
- Store Credit: Store credit requests are free, issued electronically, do not expire, and can be applied to any purchase on our site.
- Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for return requests to be processed after your return package has been shipped.
- Kit Refunds: If you return part of a Kit, the refund amount will reflect the Kit price, not the item’s standard full price.
- Discounted Items: If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, the refund will reflect the proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price.

Unauthorized Returns: Damaged returns or returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.

Refund Timeline
Refunds may take up to 21 business days to appear in your original payment method due to the following steps:
- Shipping time for the package to return to our warehouse.
- Processing and inspection for refund approval.
- Authorization to our finance department to issue the refund.
- Once processed, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.
If your refund is not processed within 21 business days, please send the tracking number for your returned package to erissoakita@gmail.com so we can investigate further.
